I can't say enough good things about this company. A couple years ago, I decided to burn through all of the traditional candles I had stashed away and bought an arbor made starter kit. I loved the scents so much that I never went back! They started out with a few basic scents and have expanded with some great seasonal scents - I haven't found one I dislike yet. It's very easy to burn through the majority of the wax and to pop out the last dregs with the silicone interior. I do love that all of the packaging is recyclable, not even the wax refills have plastic. No more empty candle jars or plastic wrap. They are kind of pricey, but you keep and reuse the jar for life and I don't mind investing in small businesses!
These candles smell so good. Midnight orchard is my favorite so far. Most candles flare up my asthma, but these did not. Will be purchasing more
I received my Abor Made candles but haven’t had a chance to use them yet. I unboxed them, fell in love with the fragrances, and went on to pack for vacation. I plan to start using my Arbor Made candles when I get back. 😃
I love the concept of reusable candle jars. Anytime I can reduce and reuse while still enjoying things that bring me happiness and chill vibes…I’m in. 😎
I have been trying to slowly eliminate toxins in my home. As a candle lover, I can’t say enough good things about Arbor Made. I have order at least 10 different scents in the past year & they have all been great & pretty true to the names. The scents are the perfect strength in my opinion for an average size room. I have the white refillable jar & have had no issues at all when popping out the refill once it’s done & getting it ready for the next. Sometimes I take a wetter warm paper towel to wipe the inside before refilling it if there is some wax left over. They are great about releasing secret scents here & there th mix it up.
Love the concept and the scents. They smell great and when they burn out, nothing to clean out and recycle. Just squeeze the old wax at the bottom and you are ready to refill. Love it!!
I love this company for so many reasons, but the biggest is that these candles rock. They're so affordable, lovely smelling and reduce waste. This company's mission is definitely clear and upheld. Their customer service is quick and amazing as well! I've ordered several times and will continue to! I even save the wax at the end and use it in my wax warmer because it smells so good. So excited to see what they do in the future!!
I really love my new Armor made candle. I love that I can buy refills too. The smell is amazing! I bought the kit With the vessel and 2 refills. I’m burning the lavender now and it smells like a day at the spa. The scent is not too strong either. I love that it is so clean and safe to have around my cats! I can’t wait to buy some fall scents too.
The Sunkissed Peach scent smells incredible & is the perfect summer vibe! I also love how the jar is reusable , & the candles are made cleanly. This means it is both good for the environment as well as my lungs!!
These candles are worth every penny you pay for them! The scents are delightful, and the perfect balance of fragrant without being overwhelming. Customer Support is so responsive if there are any issues or questions you have, and they’re incredibly helpful and willing to assist their customers. I am a former buyer of a large company’s candles that were quite strong, and I was horrified by how dirty my air filters were after burning them in my home…not to mention the plethora of waste products produced with every order (packing materials, glass jars, etc.). Arbor Made candles use natural ingredients, sustainable packaging, and they’re environmentally conscious. I’m blown away by the quality of these candles, I will truly never use another candle company because Arbor Made has my business for life. I absolutely love this candle, and every scent that comes out. The scents are strong enough that they provide a gorgeous undertone to the room even when not lit, and aren’t overwhelming when they are lit. Everyone in my family enjoys these candles and we can be very at odds over candle scents normally. Highly recommend!
I’m relatively new to your product after hearing about it from a friend (who hadn’t even tried it yet herself) and loved the concept. I bought one candle/jar for each of my two daughters for Mother’s Day. After I received theirs and saw (smelled) the product in person I bought one for myself. Honestly I don’t burn candles often but I am finding myself lighting your candle more and more so I can try a new fragrance!

Finally, high quality candles with such an innovative design so there's no more throwing out all that glass and metal when the candle is done. I just LOVE that! I've only tried one scent so far (the very berry) and my whole family loves it and the scent is just the right strength.
ArborMade is my favorite candle company to support. I love the reusable vessel, it makes me feel good knowing I’m not helping to fill landfills with one-time use candle holders. Their customer service is excellent as well! My favorite scents are spiced timber and glacial pine!

Such a great concept and it works well. I like the simple design and obviously the reusability. I often struggle with the throwing away of a pretty jar that I don’t need anymore, so it is a great relief to eliminate/reduce that experience. I definitely buy less other candles now. So far I have been very happy with the scents. I tend to lean towards the vanilla and cinnamon fall season type scents in general so the Vanilla Colada and Cinnamon Swoon are perfect. But have also enjoyed more fruity summer scents like Mellow Breeze. So far nothing has been too overpowering , it's like the perfect amount of aroma. You can tell they are quality. Great product. (Also- the bottom part of the box is the perfect size to hold post its note pads :-) and I threw some of the box tops in an old closet to freshen it up a little)
If you're thinking about getting someone this as a gift, then stop reading and do it. Trust me, it worked wonders for me!
The candles themselves have been wonderful, the company so far seems incredible and I love being able to get behind companies that are trying their best to be sustainable in all ways. This checks all the boxes for a candle enthusiast that loves though smelly smells and the environmentalist that wants to support greener initiatives.
I love that not only are there non toxic scents for me and my dog, but that they're providing sustainable alternatives to single use candles.
I’ve loved every scent I’ve bought! The re-usable jar is very neutral & clean-looking so it is great esthetically speaking & looks great everywhere in my house. There is zero mess, & the leftover wax is super easy to pop out of the jar when ready to start a new candle. With that being said, I did make sure to follow the instructions to get a good even burn, so I’m sure that played a part in getting the leftover wax out easily. I love the fact that I am not contributing to candle jar waste by choosing Arbor Made instead, while also keeping my home safe with non-toxic candles.
I finally just tried this scent for the first time after being a regular customer for a while. I had tried all the other scents but this one. For some reason I didn’t think I would like it, but BOY was I pleasantly surprised when I lit my candle the other night!! It has such a lovely, earthy fragrance that is not too strong or too light. I will definitely purchase again!

Love the concept of these. I got 4 candles and they all smell wonderful! My favorite is the Spiced Timber!!
I got my first bundle which came with the candle holder (green) and I chose the spiced timber and midnight orchard scents. I burnt the spiced timber first and was really pleased. The scent isn’t overly perfume-y but still makes the house smell fresh and nice. Removing the tiny bit of wax from the holder was easy and although I forgot to cut the wick down I was able to just wipe the soot out from inside the candle holder before replacing with the new scent. The products are a bit pricey after shipping so I try not to be frivolous about burning them or leaving them lit all day . But overall no more pricey than the 30$ candles they sell at rh local grocery store and I’m happy not to have to throw away or figure out creative ways to reuse the candle jars.
This is by far my favorite candle now. The fact that I get to try so many different scents while only paying for the wax has been so cool. Saves on waste and money!
